Is the result really random?
It is meant for casual random selection. The wheel animation visualizes the choice, while the final result is determined by the tool logic rather than by where the browser draws the wheel.
How many options should I add?
You need at least two options, but keeping labels short and readable usually works better when the list grows. Very long entries can make the wheel harder to scan.
What does Shuffle help with?
Shuffle changes option order so the colored segments are distributed differently. It helps avoid the feeling that the same items always sit next to each other.
Can I use this for formal draws or regulated contests?
It is better suited to games, meetings, class activities, and light event decisions. For legal, financial, or regulated drawings, use an officially approved process.
