When should I use the Print Layout Calculator?
Use it before printing stickers, labels, business cards, tickets, or small cards on A4 or other paper so you can estimate how many fit on each sheet.
Can I send the result directly to a print shop?
Not directly. This tool estimates dimensions and counts. It does not export press-ready PDFs, die lines, bleed, or CMYK settings.
Why might my printer not print to the paper edge?
Most home and office printers have a non-printable area that varies by model. Set outer margins more conservatively than the printer limit.
Can it compare a rotated item layout?
Yes. When rotation comparison is enabled, the calculator swaps item width and height, then highlights the layout with the better count or utilization.
Which paper sizes and units are supported?
It supports A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, Letter, Legal, B5, and custom sizes. Units can be mm, cm, or inch, and calculations are normalized to mm internally.
