What is a UTC offset?
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is the global time standard reference. A UTC offset indicates how many hours ahead or behind a timezone is relative to UTC. For example, Taipei is UTC+8 (8 hours ahead of UTC), while London in winter is UTC+0 and in summer is UTC+1.
Does Daylight Saving Time (DST) affect the displayed times?
Yes. This tool applies the currently active UTC offset for each city, including DST adjustments. For example, during US summer time, New York shifts from UTC-5 to UTC-4 automatically.
How many clocks can I add?
You can choose from over 400 country and region timezones and add as many clocks as you need to the panel — making it easy to track multiple markets or team members simultaneously.
Why select a city instead of entering the UTC offset directly?
The same UTC offset can cover multiple regions with different DST transition rules. Selecting a specific city ensures the tool calculates the correct time both before and after any daylight saving time change.
